Modern fully furnished three bedroom (sleeps six), three bathroom first floor duplex, with hot and cold air conditioning phone and TV points (these have not been activated and no phone or TV is in the apartment) on a select private complex at Selwo, Estepona, on the Cost del Sol region of Spain.

Description of apartment
Inside
One double, two twin-bedded rooms, all with fitted wardrobes. Safe available for private use. Bed linen, bath/hand towels provided. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen and utility. At extra cost the apartment can be serviced during your stay.

The main balcony seats six for dining.

The entrance door has a double security lock.

Outside
Three South facing balconies overlooking pool and landscaped tropical gardens. Secure designated private parking in the gated and fenced complex.

Situation
The apartment is in a quiet location and is well situated for easy access to the N340 (the areas main road) - yet only a couple of minutes drive from the nearest beach, many golf courses and the glamorous coastal towns of Estepona (five minutes by car) and Puerto Banus (fifteen minutes by car and home to many millionaires yachts and fashionable shops) - which together are on the new Golden Mile. Near at hand (just a minute further up the hill) is the is the Selwo safari park. Marbella and Gibraltar each approximately 30 minutes by car.

Estepona is a typical Spanish town with a beautiful promenade and marina with an excellent choice of restaurants, bars and cafes. Supermarkets and shops are readily available. The area is surrounded by golf courses.

Deposits
25% non-refundable deposit on booking with balance due 6 weeks before travel. In addition a damage deposit of £200 is required (payable within 6 weeks of travel). This will refunded in full after your departure, any damages will be deducted.

Discounts
Discounts are available for (a) early booking (9 months in advance, 25%), (b) last minute booking (2 weeks in advance, 35%) and (c) long term booking (one month or more 35%) .

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is approx 1 km away with lots of golden sand and has bars and water activities on hand. There are many beautiful beaches along this stretch, known as the new golden mile.

Golf
This is the center of Europe's golf courses, Duquesa golf, Estepona golf, Valderrama, La Quinta, San Roque, are just some of many courses nearby. Also, with a new course opened up within 2 mins walk, this is a very good central location for all golfers as all courses are within easy reach.

Skiing
The Sierra Nevada resort is 150 mins drive away. The most southerly resort in Europe. Heavy snow December to May.

Further details
Andalusia, especially this part of it, offers many activities, including fishing, walking, mountain biking, sailing, painting, horse riding, 4 x 4 off-roading, para-gliding. Situated on the 'New Golden Mile' between Marbella and Estepona, Selwo Hills stands in an area of great demand from which you have access to a world of entertainment. 'Selwo Park', an African game reserve that provides a natural buffer. The reserve is within walking distance. For the golfers, the nearby Los Flamingos or El Paraíso Golf Courses, and just 1 km away are the, peaceful beaches of the coast to practice endless water activities, or, where you can sit in a relaxing beach chiringita eating local tapas for lunch. Marbella, is to the east with its chic boutiques and international restaurants, and the famous Puerto Banús with its marina and sophisticated night-life is only a short drive away. Estepona is to the west, with narrow streets, restaurants, marina and regular market. You will also want to visit the Aqua Park or Equestrian Centre both about 15 minutes drive. There are many golf courses in the area and also tennis and bowls clubs nearby. And for the more adventurous there is always the Ferry to Ceuta in Spanish Morocco. Visit the Souk, or book a Camel Ride in the Desert, or visit the Atlas mountains.
